Weight Watching



I rejoined Weight Watchers a month ago and it’s going well.

I’ve lost count of the amount of times I’ve written this post and deleted it because it read so negative.

Yes, I’ve been a member about a millionty times before.


Yes, in previous attempts, I’ve lost a few stone at a time and let things slip that I’ve put the weight back on.

But do you know what? I’m doing it again.

I turn 40 this year (*gasp*)

and I’m not spending my Forties the same way I spent my Twenties and my Thirties.

Unhealthy and Overweight.

This stops NOW (well a month ago actually ;))

I’ll be posting updates and the like on Instagram and I will post some weight watchers friendly recipes from here on in.

Taking Stock
